On August 22, 2016, early autumn in Tianjin was still brimming with enthusiasm, Ling Hang Lubricating oil The groundbreaking ceremony for Tianjin’s second production base was held with great fanfare on this very day. Ling Hang Petrochemical’s second production base began planning and construction in 2015, with the first phase already investing tens of millions in underground foundation work. However, due to the explosion at the Binhai New Area port, the commencement of the above-ground portion was delayed. Nevertheless, thanks to the proactive efforts of the Nangang District Government of Tianjin and the leaders of the development zone, approval procedures were steadily expedited. By August 2016, all necessary approvals had been obtained, and the contractor tender process was completed. Yesterday, the groundbreaking ceremony was held, and the facility is expected to be commissioned around June 2017.

Mr. Zhou Zhongcheng, General Manager of Ling Hang Petrochemical, expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the presence of friends from all sectors.

From the initial preparations in 2014 to the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with the Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone at the end of that year, Ling Hang Lubricant has taken an important step in its strategic development, leveraging the advantages of Tianjin Port and the Binhai New Area.

The site selection, the choice of the construction contractor, and the determination of the plant’s scale and level of automation were all based on rigorous and scientific research. Ling Hang Lubricant continues to uphold the philosophy of aligning with global standards, having chosen world-class production lines and an industry-leading construction contractor.
By the time of the groundbreaking ceremony, tens of millions in investment had laid a solid foundation for Ling Hang’s Tianjin plant. Following the ceremony, construction of the ground-level facilities will commence, and Ling Hang Petrochemical’s second production base in Tianjin will rise rapidly, upholding Ling Hang’s hallmark quality and pace.
