Abstract
The three-day Ling Hang Oil Change Center Store Manager Training (Tianjin Session) concluded successfully on April 25, 26, and 27, 2019! After three days of training and hands-on practice, the participants passed the final exam and received their certificates of completion.
Note: A total of over 60 store managers attended this training session. Due to the peak travel period around May Day, some participants, eager to return home and catch their trains, were unable to join the group photo.
During the three-day training, instructors from the Operations Department of the Ling Hang Oil Change Center prepared a comprehensive “feast,” delivering detailed presentations on market operations, vehicle diagnostics, etiquette, social media management, product knowledge, technical support, and factory development.
Among them, Instructor Sun Bo presented “How to Run Effective In-Store Promotions.” Drawing on his many years of experience in marketing campaigns at Ling Hang, he broke down and analyzed real-world cases, and, tailored to the unique characteristics of each regional market, shared a variety of proven strategies for store managers.
Lecturer Yang Ling provided the participants with a detailed presentation on “Service and In-Store Etiquette.” Her PowerPoint was both engaging and humorous, and her delivery was replete with witty remarks. Despite the nearly two-hour session, the attendees remained fully immersed in the learning environment, and at the conclusion of the course, they greeted her with enthusiastic applause.
Throughout the training, the instructors skillfully blended instruction with engagement, and participants actively learned by hands-on practice, creating a highly dynamic and interactive atmosphere. Everyone was deeply immersed in the learning process, eager to apply what they had gained to the management of their future oil-change centers. As one participant put it, “We came here with dreams and leave with achievements.”
After the training concluded, a couple from Wenshang County, Jining City, Shandong Province, who had attended the session, decided on the spot to join the Ling Hang Oil Change Center and signed the agreement right there!
